动车组司机人格特征适应性评价方法研究

摘    要:针对动车组司机人格特征评价问题,在构建动车组司机人格特征驾驶适应性评价指标体系的基础上,结合泛函理论构建了人格特征驾驶适应性评价模型。运用空间向量泛数对评价体系综合评价值进行分析计算,得到人格特征适应性综合评价值,用以反映被测动车组司机的人格适应性。在模型体系权重计算中采用了离散度算法,保证了权重确定的客观性。应用该模型结合实际数据进行了试算,验证了模型的合理性与实用性。

Abstract:Aiming at the evaluation of EMU drivers' personality adaptability, an evaluation model on personality adaptability of EMU driver is set up based on setting up the personality adaptability indexes system of EMU driver combining with functional theory. The comprehensive evaluation values are analyzed and calculated by using space vec, tor universal numbers, which can reflect the degree of adaptability of drivers' personality. Meanwhile, the weight of index is objectively calculated by using dispersion arithmetic of data. At last, the rationality and practical applicability of the model is proved by a real example.
