| 摘 要： | 合理限制车速是确保公路安全、高效运营必不可少的管理措施。在高速公路设置限速标志时,应综合考虑公路的通行能力、车型构成比例、道路条件及路侧环境条件,并根据不同路段的具体情况,分别采用设计速度或运行速度值,分段灵活设计。

| Abstract: | Reasonable speed limit is the necessary management measures to ensure highway safety and efficient operation. When setting the speed limit signs on the expressway, we should consider the highway traffic capacity, vehicle models proportions, road conditions, road side environmental, etc. At the same time, we should be flexible when designing speed or valuing speed based on the specific circumstances of different sections. |
