| 摘 要： | 以承秦高速公路秦皇岛段隧道工程为背景,结合国内外研究成果及风险评估指南,对隧道工程施工阶段安全风险评估体系进行了全面梳理,提出了公路隧道施工过程中风险管理的框架以及相应的评估方法,计算得到风险事件等级,并结合风险接受准则提出了相应的风险控制措施,为工程建设管理提供了可靠的参考依据。

| Abstract: | Regarding the tunnel project at Qinhuangdao section of Cheng-Qin highway as background,we carry out a comprehensive view of the risk assessment system on the tunnel construction phase combining with the domestic and international research as well as those risk assessment on guidelines for the safety.At length,this paper proposed a set of risk management framework and its corresponding assessment method in the road tunnel construction process.Combined the risk acceptance criteria with the risk events level after calculating,we put forward a series of risk control measures as reliable reference for the construction management which would be helpful. |
