| 摘 要： | 京津冀鲁晋区域联网收费的实施，使得装有ETC卡的车辆在五省市内高速公路行驶不需换卡，极大地提高了高速公路的出行能力。阐述了山西省高速公路收费软件在与京、津、冀、鲁联网后所遇到的黑名单的更新、加载等方面的问题，并提出了一些解决方法，产生了较好的效果。

| Abstract: | The implementation of network toll collection in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei-Shandong-Shanxi makes a vehicle installed with ETC card without changing the card in the expressway of five provinces, which greatly improves the expressway transportation. The article expounds the problems of updating, loading and other aspects of the blacklist that expressway charge software is encountered after networking of Beijing-Tianjin - Hebei-Shandong-Shanxi, and puts forward some solving methods, which produces good results. |
