不停车超限检测系统的设计与实现

摘    要:近年来,公路货运车辆超限超载运输问题日渐严重,已成为危害公路交通可持续发展的“痼疾”。治理超限超载运输,是一项重要的社会责任。根据《公路超限检测站管理办法》(中华人民共和国交通运输部令2011年第7号)规定,进行不停车超限检测系统高速动态预检系统与低速精检系统的设计与研究,主要实现对主线道路上正常行驶的车辆的不停车称重,引导超限车辆进站检测,对进站车辆进行精确称重检测,打印检测结果。

Abstract:In recent years, overloading transportation problem of highway freight vehicle is becoming more and more serious, which has become a chronic hazard of sustainable development of highway transportation. Governing overloading transportation is an important social responsibility. According to the highway overload- ing inspection management approach (Ministry of Transport of the People's Republic of China order No. sev- en in 2011) regulations, the article researches and designs high speed dynamic detection system and low speed precision detection system of the no parking overloading detection system, mainly to achieve non-stop weighing for the normal vehicles running on the main line of the road, guide the overloaded vehicles to be de- tected accurately in the station, and print the test results.
