模糊综合评价法在交通影响后评价中的应用

在收集整理相关文献的基础上，简要地对交通影响评价的相关概念进行介绍，分析了目前交通影响评价存在的问题及不足，指出应在现有交通影响评价的基础上进行交通影响后评价。将模糊综合评价法和关联矩阵法相结合，对交通影响后评价进行研究，重点阐述了模糊综合评价法的思想和原理、模型及其应用步骤，选择了合理的交通影响后评价指标，建立两层评价指标体系，并以此为基础构造交通影响程度二级模糊评价模型，将此方法应用于乌鲁木齐市某城市建设项目交通影响后评价工作中，得出相关结论。

Application of Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation Method in Traffic Impact Post Assessment

Based on the collection of related literature, the article briefly introduces the related concepts of traffic impact assessment, analyzes the problems and insufficiency of the current traffic impact assess- ment, points out that traffic impact post assessment should be conducted on the basis of the existing traffic impact assessment. Combining fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method with correlation matrix method, it studies the traffic impact post assessment, expounds the thought, principle model and application steps of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, and constructs two level fuzzy evaluation model. This method was applied to traffic impact assessment for an urban construction project in Urumqi, and the conclusions are got.
