大体积承台水化热监测及有限元数值分析

摘    要:以贵州省七星河特大桥主墩大体积混凝土承台施工为工程背景,利用ANSYS软件对1/4承台结构进行了建模计算。在此基础上采用铺设冷水管的温控措施,有效控制了混凝土内部最高温度及内外温差,得出大体积混凝土承台施工与监测中相关参数的一般选择原则,达到了防止温度裂缝的目的,为类似大体积混凝土承台水化热处治积累了经验。

Abstract:Taking Guizhou Qixinghe Grand Bridge massive concrete pile cap construction of the main pile as engineering background, the paper uses ANSYS software to establish the 1/4 cap structure model and do the calculations. On the basis, the temperature control measure of laying cold water pipe is adopted, which effectively control the maximum internal temperature of the concrete and the maximum temperature difference between internal and external concrete. Thus, the general principle for selecting the parameters of construction and monitoring of massive pile cap concrete is obtained, and the purpose of preventing temperature cracks is realized, which accumulates experience for the treatment of hydration heat of massive concrete.
