网络型枢纽行李服务系统研究

摘    要:针对乘客在不同枢纽之间换乘携带行李不便的问题,基于“人货分离”的原则,设计了一套行李服务系统,实现“一点存入、多点取出”,将有效提高枢纽服务水平和运输效率。系统由行李分拣子系统、行李信息服务子系统和行李配送子系统组成.采用RFID技术实现行李自动分拣。通过行李服务信息系统管理行李转运流程,运用Web技术让用户可以实时查询行李的位置和状态。基于FCD数据进行配送路径的优化和行程时间的计算,以客流调查为基础,确定配送车辆的发车时刻表.最后.通过PIL、PIS以及EIS三个可靠性指标对系统进行分析.评估了系统准时运行的可能性。

Abstract:In order to achieve the function of offsite luggage pick up, a luggage service system is designed based on the principle of separation of person and luggage. This system aims at the inconvenience when passen- gers travel between different transportation hubs with luggage and improving service level and transportation effi- ciency. This system consists of sortation, information and distribution system. RIFD technology is applied to real- ize automatic sortation. The luggage running process is managed by luggage information system, which enables the passengers to get the real time position and state of the luggage throagh web. The optimization of transport path and the calculation of the transport time are based on FCD data. Combined with traffic statistics, a departure schedule can be drawn. Finally the punctuality is evaluated through three reliability indexes which are PIL, PIS and EIS.
