SBS改性沥青二次老化性能分析

摘    要:沥青再生是路面再生的重要组成部分,为研究SBS改性沥青及混合料二次老化性能的变化规律,通过试验对SBS改性沥青的原样、一次老化、再生、二次老化及其混合料的性能进行了综合分析。研究表明:无论是SBS改性沥青还是其混合料,二次老化性能的下降速度均比第一次快,第二次老化后的沥青混合料的路用性能甚至会出现不满足规范要求的情况,建议在SBS改性沥青的再生过程中加入适量的SBS改性剂,以改善再生混合料的路用性能。

Abstract:Asphalt recycling is an important part of the pavement recycling. For studying the variation of aging properties of SBS modified asphalt and asphalt mixture after two times of aging, lots of experiments have been done about the original sample, the first aging, the regeneration, second aging of SBS modified asphalt and their mixture. The results show that the aging properties of SBS modified asphalt and asphalt mixture of secondary aging decline faster than the first time, the pavement performance of asphalt mixture may not meet the regulatory requirements after two times of aging. It is suggested that a right amount of SBS should be added in the SBS modified asphalt during the recycling process of SBS modified asphalt to improve the pavement performance of asphalt mixture.
