江苏省铁路综合客运枢纽运营管理模式研究

从江苏省铁路综合客运枢纽运营管理方式的历史沿革和现实情况出发，结合国家经济社会、城市建设、交通运输、铁路体制改革等方面的总体变化和要求，分析判断宏观层面铁路综合客运枢纽运营管理发展趋势；其后，以分析现代铁路综合客运枢纽多样化功能为基础，从客流、车流、信息流和资金流四个方面对铁路综合客运枢纽运营管理的具体微观内容进行剖析，从而提出独立式、协调式、集成式、一体化四大枢纽运营管理模式，通过比较分析四大管理模式优缺点，对如何构建满足当今现代化铁路综合客运枢纽蓬勃发展具体需求的运营管理模式进行了探索性思考。

Operation Management Model of Railway Integrated Passenger Transport Hub

Starting from the history and status of railway integrated passenger transport hub management in Jiangsu Province, combing with the changes and requirements of national economic society, urban construction, transportation and the railway system reform, the article analyzed the development trend of railway integrated passenger transport hub management. Then it expanded this subject in terms of passenger flow, traffic flow, information flow and fund flow. Finally, it put forward four major operation and management mode for integrated passenger transport hub which were the independent mode, the coordinated mode, the integrated mode and the all-in-one mode, compared the advantages and disadvantages of these four modes with each other, made explorative thinking about the future management mode of railway comprehensive passenger transport hub.
