| 摘 要： | 深入研究实时交通数据，并将其应用在交通管控系统中，研究开发出实时交通数据路网展示系统，可为交通管理者提供辅助决策的依据，增加道路交通指挥的反应时间，起到提前知晓、提前疏导的作用，同时也为交通参与者提供实时路网信息，为现有的道路导航系统提供道路状态信息。

| Abstract: | By studying real time traffic data in depth, and applying it in traffic management and control system, the road network display system based on real time traffic data is empoldered, which can provide basis in assisting traffic administrator to make decision, increase the reaction time of road traffic command, has the effect of advance discovering and leading, meanwhile can provide real time information of road network for traffic parties, and provide road state information for present road navigation system. |
