| 摘 要： | 通过分析新农村建设形势下农村公路新功能的定位，以重庆市当前农村公路建设模式为对象，提出农村公路规划要以发展农村经济为主线，以引导新农村建设为目的，同时结合农村公路建设现状，对农村公路的规划和建设管理提出一些需要注意的问题和解决方案，这有利于引导新农村建设健康发展。
