高模量沥青混合料路用性能研究

摘    要:以克拉玛依90#石油沥青为基质沥青,对掺量为0.3%、0.6%和0.9%的DUROFLEX高模量沥青改性剂和4%SBS的改性沥青混合料路用性能进行对比试验。结果表明,掺加DUROFLEX改性剂的高模量沥青混合料可以明显改善沥青混合料的高温稳定性和水稳定性,而对低温抗裂性和抗疲劳性的影响不大。从性能方面考虑,建议DUROFLEX高模量沥青改性剂的最佳掺配量为0.6%。

Abstract:Taking the Karamay 90# as base asphalt, the contrast tests were done to the performance of modi- fied asphalt with different additives between 4% SBS modifier additive and high modulus asphah modifier addi- tive DUROFLEX with dosage of 0.3%, 0.6% and 0.9%. The resuhs indicate that high modulus asphalt concrete which adds DUROFI,EX additive to asphalt mixture can improve high temperature stability and water stability of asphah concrete pavement and has little effect on low temperature crack resistance and fatigue resistance. There- fore, taking the performance into account, the high modulus additive DUROFLEX's optimum content is 0.6%.
