城市常规公交运行管理系统评价指标体系研究

随着社会经济发展和技术进步,公共交通成为人们生活中的基本组成部分,对保证社会经济发展和日常生活正常运转发挥着至关重要的作用。通过对城市常规公共交通运行管理系统相关概念及结构层次的分析,从技术性能、经济效益和运营效果三方面建立评价指标体系,并运用数据包络分析法对其进行评价分析,使用DEAP软件对北方某市1994~2005年的公交运行状况进行实例分析,从而为如何改进运行管理系统提供理论依据。

Evaluation Index System of Public Transport Operation and Management System

With the socioeconomic development and technological advancement, public transport has become the basic component in people＇s lives, which plays a crucial role in the development of society ＆ economy and ensures the proper functioning of daily life. Based on the analysis of related concept and structure levels of urban conventional public transport operation and management system, the paper establishes evaluation index system from aspects of technical performance, cost-effectiveness and operational effectiveness, and uses the method of data envelopment analysis and DEAP to evaluate and analyze the case of a Northern city＇s bus operation from 1994 to 2005. It provides a theoretical basis for how to improve the operation and management system.
