基于疲劳方程的水泥乳化沥青稳定碎石基层试验研究

摘    要:水泥乳化沥青稳定碎石作为路面结构基层材料,其路面结构设计的控制指标也应是抗拉强度,因此,对路面结构进行疲劳寿命预测,以验证设计的合理性是非常必要的。根据水泥乳化沥青稳定碎石基层配合比设计结果,对三种不同配比组成的梁式试件在控制应力水平的条件下进行疲劳性能试验,研究材料的抗疲劳能力,并建立疲劳寿命预估方程,对水稳碎石基层施工具有指导意义。

Abstract:Emulsified asphalt cement pavement structure stabilized gravel being a base material,pavement structure design and control targets should be the tensile strength.Therefore,the road structure fatigue life prediction is necessary to verify the rationality of the design.Based on emulsified asphalt cement stabilized gravel mix design results,three different mix ratio of beam test piece are conducted fatigue test in the conditions of controlled prestress level to study the anti-fatigue capability and establish the fatigue life forecast equation.It is significant to the construction of cement stabilized gravel base.
