活化废胶粉改性沥青存储稳定性研究

摘    要:为了研究废胶粉改性沥青的存储稳定性。采用试管法和MAST法的废胶粉改性沥青、活化废胶粉改性沥青以及掺入稳定剂后的活化废胶粉改性沥青的存储稳定性能试验和比较结果表明,利用微波辐射手段将废胶粉表面进行活化,有利于提高废胶粉改性沥青的存储稳定性;稳定剂的加入明显改善了存储稳定性;试验容器的容积增大对提高废胶粉改性沥青和活化废胶粉改性存储稳定性效果明显。

Compatibility Performance of Activated Waster Rubber Powder Modified Asphalt

Abstract:In order to research the compatibility performance of waster rubber powder modified asphalt, some experiments were done, which include the tube test and MAST segregation experiment on the compatibility performances of waster rubber powder modified asphalt, activated waster rubber powder modified asphalt, activated waster rubber powder modified asphalt mixed with LH-1 stabilizer, and compare the results. The results indicate that the waster rubber power which surface is activated by microwave radiation can improve the compatibility performance of waster rubber powder modified asphalt, the effect of using LH-1 stabilizer is noticable, and increasing the test chamber volume can improve the compatibility performance of waster rubber powder modified asphalt, activated waster rubber powder modified asphalt obviously.
