桥梁整体顶升在阜周高速公路纵坡调整设计中的应用

摘    要:安徽省阜阳—周集高速公路通过对30座桥梁和分离式立交以及17座明盖板通道的整体顶升作业,大幅度地提高了复工改建进度,顶升作业配合熟练后,一般在4h以内、最长不超过8h,就能顺利完成顶升作业。目前该项目已顺利通车,顶升后的桥梁结构整体未受到可见性的损坏,对营运、使用安全无影响。顶升工艺为配合纵面调整提供了良好的条件,也为今后的改建类项目提供了借鉴。

Abstract:Through integral lift-up operation on 30 bridges and interchanges as well as 17 channels with open plate of Fuyang-Zhouji Expressway in Anhui Province,the plan of reconstruction is advanced greatly.Once the lift-up method is operated expertly,the lift-up task can be finished smoothly within 4 hours in normal condition,the longest time does not exceed 8 hours.The project is open to traffic now,and there is no visible damage on the bridge structure after lift-up operation.The service and safety of project is not impacted.The lift-up technique provides good qualification for the adjustment of longitudinal surface.It can be consulted by similar reconstruction projects.
