Design of Traffic Organization Plan based on Traffic Flow Analysis

Based on the investigation and statistical analysis of traffic flow about the Shanghai-Hangzhou-Ningbo expressway, the author assesses the level of traffic safety and proposed principles and methods of traffic organization.The paper proposes three traffic organization scheme for different traffic flow, which provides the theoretical basis and technical support for smooth implementation about the pavement repair works of the Shanghai-Hangzhou-Ningbo expressway.
