| 摘 要： | 铁公倒运是军事联接运输的重要组成部分,是确保军交运输保障连续性的有效手段。为认清铁公倒运的重要性,从我军军事战略、高技术武器打击手段及军交运输现状三个角度分析了铁公倒运在现代战争中愈显突出的现实意义;并在此基础上,从倒运的组织指挥、倒运预案的制定、基础设施建设、倒运演练和倒运决策五个方面提出了加强铁公倒运能力建设策略。为科学组织铁公倒运提供了理论依据。
