| Abstract: | With the emergency loading and unloading capability of railways as the content of our research,the characteristics and the present development of the railway emergency loading and unloading are systematically analyzed respectively from three aspects of loading and unloading facilities,support forces and the organizational system,with the strengthening of building-up the emergency railway loading and unloading capability dealt with in depth,and corresponding measures put forward in the paper,which have certain practical significance. |
