| 摘 要： | 渝黔铁路新凉风垭隧道在设计过程中，通过采取加固隧道洞门、做好防火救援设计、做好隧道与周边路网的衔接、加强衬砌结构、做好隧道防排水设计等具体措施，在投资略有增加的情况下．使隧道具备战时防爆、抗震、易疏散能力，充分贯彻国防要求。

| Abstract: | In the process of its design, the new Liangfengya Tunnel of the Chongqing-Guizhou Railway fully implements the re- quirements of national defence by strengthening the tunnel portal,doing a good job of providing disaster relief, intensifying the connection of the tunnel with its surrounding network, solidifying the tunnel lining structures of the tunnel, and doing a good job of the waterproof and drainage design of the tunnel, etc. ,with only a little increase in its costs. Thus the tunnel is made to have enough resistance to explosion and shock, and strong evacuation capability in wartime. |
