| 摘 要： | 军事装备的运输性，是装备通过运输工具来输送的固有能力。对铁路运输中军事装备运输性的相关影响因素进行了系统的分析，构建了运输性评价指标体系；运用运筹学、系统工程等理论知识，建立了运输性评价的数学模型，实现了对运输性的定量评价。

| Abstract: | The transportability of military equipment means the inherent capability of equipment being transported by transpor- tation means. Upon the basis of systematically analyzing all the relevant factors related to the transportability of military equip- ment in railway transportation, the evaluation index system for transportability is established. With the help of the knowledge of opseareh, the systems engineering,and other theories, a mathematical model for the evaluation of transportability is established to realize the quantitative evaluation of the transportability of military equipment. |
