钢箱-砼组合梁桥施工技术

摘    要:介绍了钢箱—砼组合梁桥的设计、施工主要工艺步骤以及在施工过程中需要注意的重点细节,通过采用管柱网临时支墩、附着式三角撑的新型支撑工艺和钢箱预拼整体连接工艺,有效解决了连续钢箱跨越既有公路的临时支承和快速架设问题,通过灵活运用不同的张拉设备及张拉方法完成了困难条件下组合梁的三种预应力施工。

Abstract:This paper primarily introduces the design characteristics and the main construction procedure of the steel-box-girder-concrete composite beam,as well as the main points for attention. By means of temporary supporting piers of steel tubes, new attached triangular supports, and the pre-assembling process of the steel box girders, the problem of the temporary supports for and the quick erection of the continuous steel box girder spanning an existing highway is effectively solved, during the construction of which the three pre-stressing operations of the composite beam are successfully performed in difficult conditions by the flexible application of various stretching equipment and pre-stressing methods.
