高墩大跨连续刚构桥悬臂浇筑施工控制研究

摘    要:结合达陕高速公路王家坝高墩大跨连续刚构桥的施工监控,介绍利用MIDAS有限元分析软件对该桥悬臂施工过程中的应力和线形控制进行分析计算,比较了悬臂端标高实测值与理论计算值,比较吻合,说明该桥施工控制方法可行,可为类似桥梁施工控制提供参考。

Abstract:With the construction monitoring of the Wangjiaba tall-pier,lare-span and rigid-structured continuous bridge of the Da-Shan Expressway as a practical example,it is introduced in the paper how the MIDAS soft of the Finite Element Method is used for analyzing and calculating the stress and for the linearity control during the boom construction of the bridge,with the really-measured elevation value of the end of the boom and theoretically-calculated value of it compared.It is found that the two values are quite in agreement with each other,which shows that the control method used for the bridge is feasible.The paper may serve as a useful reference for the construction control of other similar bridges.
