焊接残余应力对钢框架侧板加强型节点应力分布的影响分析

摘    要:以钢框架侧板加强型梁柱连接节点为研究对象,以ANSYS非线性有限元为手段,采用"生死单元"方法模拟梁柱翼缘连接处的施焊过程,分别就是否考虑焊接残余应力的两种情况,对侧板加强型节点的应力云图以及沿3条指定路径的应力分布进行了比较。可以看出,焊接残余应力的存在使得节点的应力分布更为复杂,且对梁柱翼缘连接处附近应力分布的影响较为明显。

Abstract:With the connective panel points of the strengthening beams and posts of the side plates of the steel frame as the object of our research,by means of the non-linear finite element method,the method of the "live or dead unit" is applied to simulating the welding process at the flange-connecting section between the beam and posts,respectively with and without the remaining welding-caused stress taken into account.The stress cloud diagrams of the strengthening panel points of the side plate and the distribution of stress along the three designated routes are also compared.It can be seen that the existence of the remaining welding-caused stress makes the distribution of stress at the panel points even more complex,and the effects of it on the flange-connective section between the beam and the posts are rather obvious.
