中央大道海河隧道工程沉管段模板设计与施工技术

摘    要:结合中央大道海河隧道沉管段工程实例,介绍了大体积薄壁结构预制模板设计与施工技术,包括模板体系构成、模板设计和模板安装拆除等。施工实践表明,大跨度整体定型台车模板体系稳定,模板变形量完全满足设计及规范要求,具有良好的经济性,有利于工厂化预制施工。

Abstract:With the settling tube of the Haihe River Tunnel project as a practical example,the great-volume,thin-walled construction prefabrication template designconstruction technology is introduced in the paper,including template system constitution,template design and template installment and demolition and so on.Construction practice shows that the great-span whole stereotypical trolley template system is stable,the amount of template deformation fully meeting the design and the normal requirements.Owing to its good economy,it is suitable for factorized prefabrication construction.
