| 摘 要： | 针对跨新建铁路小桥板梁数量不多、场地困难，不宜采用预制吊装的问题，提出利用可溶性内模实现板梁预制式现浇的施工方法。结合实例介绍了工艺流程，可溶性内模的制作、安装、溶解、吊装、清理和顶部混凝土浇筑等关键施工技术。实践证明，利用可溶性内模施工，既不改变梁的结构受力，还加快施工进度，为类似工程施工提供了有益的借鉴。
