摘    要:天兴洲长江大桥34孔40.6m简支箱梁采用两套挪威生产的自行式移动模架进行桥位制梁,介绍了模架系统的结构组成和工作原理,重点介绍了模架安装、模架预压、支座安装和箱梁施工等关键技术,对同类工程有借鉴意义。

Abstract:The 34 40.6-m simple-supported box girders of the Yangtze River Bridge at Tianxingzhou are cast in place with two sets of self-propelled forming frames made in Norway. The paper introduces the structural formation and working principles of the forming frame, with stress placed on the key techniques such as the fixing of the forming frame, the pre-pressurizing of the forming frame, the fixing of the supports, as well as the construction of the box girders.
