高原严寒隧道综合防排水施工技术

摘    要:渗漏水是隧道普遍存在的问题,在高原严寒山区,存在严重冻融冻胀问题,隧道防排水效果的好坏直接影响隧道的结构、使用寿命与行车安全。结合河卡山隧道工程实例,介绍高原严寒山区隧道综合防排水设计,及防水系统、排水系统和立体排水防水板等的施工工艺及应注意的关键问题。通过冻融期检验,隧道排水系统畅通,无渗漏、挂冰、冻胀等水害现象发生。

Abstract:Water percolation is a common problem often occurring in tunnels, which may, in arctic highland or mountainous are- as, results in severe freezing and thawing, and frost heave problems. The effects of the tunnel in waterproofing and draining have direct influence on the structure, and the operation life of the tunnel and driving safety. With the Heqiashan Tunnel as a practi- cal example, the design of the comprehensive waterproofing and draining for the tunnel in arctic highland or mountainous areas, construction processes of the waterproofing system, the draining system and the cubic draining and waterproofing plates, etc. , and key problems worth attention are dealt with in the paper. Through the tests of the freezing and thawing period, the draining system of the tunnel is found clear, with no water-caused damage occurring, such as water leakage, hanging ice and frost heave.
