摘    要:为适应我国高速铁路桥梁建设对支座提出的新要求,在国内铁路行业相关标准及欧洲标准基础上,对球型支座进行了结构设计及检算。基于对球型支座结构及工作原理的分析,介绍了平面滑板和球面滑板关键尺寸的选取方法。球型支座转动时产生荷载偏心,会引起滑板的附加应力,在计算支座转动偏心量的基础上,提出了球面滑板应力的校核标准。上支座板挡块主要承受支座水平力并为支座滑动提供导向,文中对挡块及侧向滑动材料进行了详细的检算和分析,为支座能承受足够的横向力提供了保障。最后提出了球型支座的设计控制因素,以及目前国内球型支座的发展现状,对深入研究球型支座的关键技术具有参考意义。

Abstract:In order to meet the new requirements in bearings of China's high-speed railway bridge construction, the spherical bearing is designed and check-calculated in the light of the domestic corresponding railway industry standards and the European standards. Upon the basis of the analysis of the structure of spherical bearings and their operating principle, the ways of selec- ting the key dimensions of the plane plate and spherical plane are introduced. It is found that load eccentricity will be generated and additional stress will be caused to the plate when the spherical hearing rotates. Upon the basis of the calculation of the a- mount of the eccentricity, the checking standards for the plate stress are proposed in this paper. Since the upper plate stopper is used to pass the horizontal force and provide a guide for the hearing sliding, the stopper and the guide friction pair are check- calculated and analyzed in detail in the paper, which provides a guarantee for the bearing to withstand sufficient lateral force. Finally, the control factors of the design of the spherical bearing and the present situation of the domestic development in the spherical bearing are presented. The paper may serve as a useful reference for the deeper study of the key technology of the spherical bearing.
