大西客运专线上院跨朔黄铁路连续梁转体施工技术

摘    要:为了确保既有线路的运营安全和减少对既有铁路的干扰,桥梁结构平转施工技术在客运专线施工中大量采用。结合大西客运专线上院跨朔黄铁路连续梁转体施工,对跨越既有铁路连续梁同步平转施工技术进行了详细研究,主要包括:桥梁转体施工的工艺流程、转体体系、悬臂施工、转体监控、球铰封固、合拢段施工等几个关键技术,研究成果为类似桥梁施工提供了借鉴。

Abstract:In order to ensure the safe operation of the existing railways and reduce the effects of construction on the existing railways,the technique of the horizontal rotation of the bridge structure has been widely applied to the construction of passengersoriented railways. With the rotation construction of the Shangyuan Continuos Beam Bridge of the Da-Xi Passengers-oriented Railway across the Shuo-Huang Railway as a practical example,a detailed study is made of the synchronized horizontal rotation construction techniques for the construction of railway continuous beams in the paper,with great stress placed on the key techniques of the construction processes of the rotation construction of the bridge body, the system of the rotating body,the cantilever construction,the supervision of the rotating body,the ball-hinge sealing, the construction of the meeting sections,etc. The fruits of our research may serve as a useful reference for the construction of other similar projects.
