TBM主轴承声发射故障诊断研究

以隧道施工TBM为研究对象,设计了主轴承声发射检测试验,进行了声发射信号采集,并取得较理想的分析信号。根据信号的时域图像特征及相关技术人员的数据支持,初步对TBM主轴承的工作状态做了判断,并采用了时变峭度法对实测信号进行分析,获取了强背景噪声下明显的故障特征,达到了抑制噪声、突出特征成分的目的。试验分析结果证明了该方法用于声发射故障信号特征提取的有效性,同时对TBM的状态监测提供了新思路。

Study of the Diagnosis of the Trouble of the Main Bearing of the TBM by Signals of Acoustic Emission

With the main bearing of the TBM for tunneling construction as the object of our study,a test of the main bearing of the TBM by signals of acoustic emission is designed in the paper, with signals of the acoustic emission gathered and the the rela- tively ideal signals for analyses obtained. The condition of the main bearing is initially judged according to the time-domain char- acteristics of the signals and the data support from relevant technical personnel, with the practically-measured signals analyzed by the time-varying kurtosis method, the obvious trouble features in the strong background noise obtained, and the aims of de- pressing the noise and highlighting the trouble features realized. The results of both the analyses and the tests concerned show that the method is effective in collecting the trouble features of the signals of acoustic emission, providing a new thinking way of monitoring the state of the main bearing of the TBM.
