斗篷山隧道光面爆破施工技术

光面爆破技术是隧道施工的基础，光爆效果对隧道施工质量、超欠挖及成本控制至关重要。为进一步完善光面爆破技术，结合斗篷山隧道工程实践，对光面爆破技术进行了全面阐述，重点介绍了光面爆破的初步设计和调整设计的方法，并通过试验统计分析最终确定了该隧道Ⅲ、Ⅳ、Ⅴ级围岩的光面爆破技术参数，通过实施取得了良好效果。对类似工程有参考意义。

Smooth Wall Blasting Construction Technique for the Construction of the Doupengshan Mountain Tunnel

The smooth wall blasting technique is the basis of the tunnel construction. The effect of the smooth wall blasting plays a vital role in ensuring the quality of the tunnel,in either under-excavation or over-excavation, and in the control of costs. With the tunneling practice of the Doupengshan Mountain Tunnel as a practical example, to further improve the smooth wall blasting technique, the smooth wall blasting technique is dealt with in an all-round way in the paper, with greater stress placed on the introduction to the initial design of the smooth wall blasting operation,and the regulation of the thinking ways for the design. Upon the basis of the analysis of the test statistics, the parameters of the smooth wall blasting for type-Ⅲ, -Ⅳ and-Ⅴ surrounding rocks are finally chosen, which are put into the construction practice and achieve very good effect. The paper may serve as a useful reference for other similar projects.
