南京长江隧道泥水盾构的工作特点及其维护保养策略分析

摘    要:南京长江隧道首次使用两台德国海瑞克泥水盾构机,与硬岩掘进机相比,盾构机工作环境、作业程序、故障类型等均有其自身特点,例如环境条件优良、整体振感微弱、管线众多,液压系统的工作时间长、污染控制好,输送管壁磨损明显、光谱磨粒浓度整体水平低、盾构机连续推进没有大块保养时段等。针对此情况,借鉴国内外先进维保和监测技术,结合自身经验和优势,提出并优化视情维修保养规程,保证了工程高效、顺利完工。

Abstract:The Nanjing Yangtze River Tunnel is built with two slurry-water-balanced shields made in Germany for the first time. As far as the working environment, the operating procedure,and fault types of the shield machine are concerned, the shield machine has its own characteristics compared with those of the hard rock boring machine. For example, the environmen- tal conditions of it,on the whole, are good, the overall vibration is weak, there are a large number of pipelines around it, the hydraulic system has to work long hours and the pollution control is good, the conveying wall wears heavily and the overall lev- el of spectral concentration is low, and what is more, because of the continuous excavation, there is no large amount of time for maintenance. In this case, in the light of advanced maintenance and monitoring techniques abroad, and according to our own experience and advantages, a whole set of directive rules for maintenance and repair is proposed in the paper to ensure the high efficiency and successful completion of the project.
