摘    要:双壁钢围堰是桥梁深水基础施工的重要设施,结合安徽太阳河大桥双壁钢围堰的结构特点,介绍了一种区别于传统的以单个构件为检算目标的大型双壁钢围堰的设计检算方法,即将结构三维整体仿真计算引入双壁钢围堰的设计过程,提出了以结构整体为研究对象的设计思路,并与钢围堰的平面简化模型计算结果进行了比较分析,说明这种计算方法能更好模拟围堰的受力情况,结果合理可靠。

Abstract:Dual-walled steel cofferdams are important facilities for the construction of bridge foundations in deep water. With the structural characteristics of the Taiyang River Bridge in Anhui taken into account, the design and checking calculation methods of large-scale dual-walled steel cofferdams are presented in the paper. Different from the traditional design method, in which case only one single frame member is calculated, the 3-D integral structural emulation calculation is applied to the design calculation of the dual-walled steel cofferdam as an integral structure, the result of which is compared with that of the design calculation of the simplified plane model of the steel cofferdam. Practice proves that this method can better emulate the real state of the cofferdam under stresses, and the result is both rational and reliable.
