连续梁桥0#块施工临时结构设计

摘    要:在预应力混凝土连续梁桥悬臂浇筑施工中,0#块施工是上部构造施工中的关键工序。对林家坪铁路预应力混凝土连续梁桥0#块施工中所用到的临时结构,如0#块施工时用到的三角托架、临时锚固等进行了设计计算;根据施工受力、传力过程,建立了相应的计算模型模拟实际受力过程,按最不利荷载对各构件进行加载计算,并且对其他各种工况进行检算,保证了临时结构在施工中的安全。

Abstract:During the cantilever casting construction of a pre-stressed concrete continuous girder bridge,the construction of the 0#block is the key process among the construction of the upper structure.With the temporary structures used for the construction of the 0#block of the Linjiaping Railway Pre-stressed Concrete Continuous Beam Bridge as a practical example,the triangular bracket used for the construction of the 0# block,the temporary anchoring and other temporary structures are designed and calculated in the paper.According to the construction stress and the stress-transferring process,a corresponding model is established to simulate the actual force-applying process.Each member is calculated when the most unfavorable load is supposed to have been applied to it and the calculated result is tested in different construction conditions as well so as to ensure the security of the temporary structures in the course of construction.
