| Abstract: | The present development and prospect of foreign pontoons are introduced in the paper,with the developing trend in the future analyzed.In the course of developing pontoon equipment,a wide variety of new techniques and materials are used,as a result of which the new generation of pontoons is sufficient in bearing capability,fine in mobility,and adequate in adaptability to beach gradient. |
