濒海大中城市防空作战的交通运输保障问题

未来城市防空作战中交通运输保障工作的地位十分显要,但面临的形势也相当严峻。结合当前社会和经济发展现状,为保证濒海大中城市防空作战战役目标的有效达成,在提高战场投送能力、完善交通防护措施和强化战时管理标准等三个方面,提出了直接化、精确化、社会化、系统化、法制化和规范化的“六化”要求。

An Exploration into the Traffic and Transportation Guarantee During Anti-Aircraft Combat in Coastal Medium and Large Cities

Despite the fact that the work of traffic and transportation guarantee has an important part to play in the future municipal anti-aircraft combat, it also faces a very hard and complex situation. The current society and the present economic development in our country having been considered, six tips on how to enhance the transportation capacity, improve traffic defense measures and strengthen the wartime traffic managing standards in order to achieve the target of anti-aircraft defense combat in coastal medium and large cities, namely, directness, exactitude, socialization, systematization, legalization and standardization, are put forward in the paper.
