| 摘 要： | 大型平板拖车是保障我军机械化部队重型履带装备公路输送的核心装备。基于军用平板拖车配套少、民用资源丰富的特点，从军民融合角度出发，对征用民用大型平板拖车的可行性、面临的困难问题以及对策措施和需要加强的工作进行了细致的研究，以期为相关工作提供借鉴。‘

| Abstract: | Large-type flat trailers are the core equipment in supporting mechanized troops in highway-transporting heavy-duty tracked equipments. Upon the basis of analyzing the characteristics of the army being short of complete sets of military flat trailers and the civilian resources of fiat trailers being rich,a detailed study is made of,in the paper,the feasibility of,difficulties to be faced and our measures for requisitioning large-type civilian flat trailers and the work necessary to be strengthened. The pa- per may serve as a useful reference for other relevant work. |
