| 摘 要： | 根据温福铁路客运专线洋里特大桥的施工条件,结合桥梁移动模架的施工特点,采用自行研制的TY900型上行式移动模架造桥机原位整孔浇筑制梁。理论分析和预压试验研究表明,TY900型移动模架造桥机制梁方案是安全可行的。简要介绍施工过程,可对同类型桥梁施工有所借鉴。

| Abstract: | According to the construction conditions of the YangLi Mega Bridge of the railway for transporting passengers from Wenzhou to Fuzhou, and the merits of the movable gantry for bridge construction, a deck-type movable gantry called TY900 is designed and manufactured for fabricating full-span concrete box girders of the bridge. Theoretical analysis and preloading study show that the construction plan for Type-TY900 movable gantry is both safe and feasible. A brief introduction to the movable gantry is presented in the paper. |
