| 摘 要： | 针对未来作战水路军交运输的特点,探讨了市场经济条件下水路军交运输装卸载力量建设和组织运用两方面对港口生产的影响,提出了相关建议与措施,并且在装卸载力量运用组织形式和方法上提出了整合集中和梯次互补运用装卸载力量的建议.意在圆满安全完成军交运输保障任务的同时,把对港口生产秩序、经济效益的影响降到最低.

| Abstract: | With the characteristics of the military waterway transportation for future war taken into account,the effects of the construction and organization of the loading-and-unloading forces for military waterway transportation in the conditions of market economy on the production of the port are probed into in the paper,with corresponding suggestions and measures put forward,which include how to integrate and use the loading-and-unloading forces in echelon,and which aim at not only finishing the tasks of military transportation but also minimizing the effects of military transportation on the production order and economic benefits of the port. |
