高速铁路预应力混凝土连续弯梁桥悬臂施工控制研究

摘    要:铺设无砟轨道的高速铁路桥的施工精度要求很高.首先分析了预应力混凝土连续弯梁桥悬臂施工时的力学性能,接着提出了这种桥型施工控制的主要内容,给出了线性控制时立模标高和平面坐标的计算式,以郑西客专渭河特大桥的施工控制作为算例验证了高精度施工控制的可行性.

Abstract:The accuracy of the construction of high-speed railway bridges with ballastless tracks is very demanding.The mechanical performance of the PC continuous curved beam bridges that are built by cantilever construction is analyzed first in the paper,with the main construction control contents for this type of bridge and calculation formulae for themolding board level and horizontal coordinates subsequently put forward.With the Weihe Mega Bridge of the Zhengzhou-Xi'an Passengers-oriented Railway as a practical example,the feasibility of the high-precision construction control is tested.
