| Abstract: | Supporting bases of air emergency airlifting may be used as the important facilities for making emergency airlifting to send military supplies or armed forces to any designated regions rapidly as required,which can meet the needs of emergency battles to create favorable advantages and provide forceful support for attaining the military aims as soon as possible.The importance of the construction of military emergency airlifting bases is dealt with in the paper,with the correct choice of the location and the construction content of the bases outlined,upon the basis of which the running management measures for the supporting bases in both peacetime and emergent circumstances are put forward.The future developing trend of the bases is also looked to and studied. |
