| 摘 要： | 航空战略投送是我军战略投送的重要组成部分,在战争和非战争行动中发挥着举足轻重的作用。军民融合式发展理论是我军军事指导理论的重大创新,已经广泛运用到军事后勤领域的方方面面。论述了军民融合式航空战略投送体系特征、构建军民融合式航空战略投送体系的必然性、构建中国特色军民融合式航空战略投送体系的措施等三个方面,为我军的航空战略投送体系建设提供借鉴。

| Abstract: | As an important part of the strategic delivery of the army, the strategic airlift delivery plays a vital role in warfare and non-warfare operations. The theory of integrating army-civilian delivery development is a great innovation of the guiding theories of our army, which is widely applied to various aspects of military logistics. A detailed analysis of the characteristics of the ar- my-civilian integrated strategic airlift delivery system,the necessity of establishing such a system and measures for establishing an army-civilian integrated strategic airlift delivery system with Chinese features are performed and presented in the paper, which provides a useful source of reference for the establishment of an army-civilian integrated strategic airlift delivery system for the army. |
