电控高压共轨柴油机电磁阀驱动电路分析与实验

摘    要:以BOSCH某型喷油器为研究对象,对电控高压共轨柴油机电磁阀驱动电路进行了硬件电路设计和仿真分析,并完成了相关实验。实验结果证明设计的电磁阀驱动电路可以达到喷油器电磁阀的快速响应要求、动态特性良好,从而在提高电磁阀快速开启响应能力的同时达到了降低电磁阀驱动功耗的目的。

Abstract:With a certain type of the BOSCH injector as the object of our studies,a solenoid drive circuit of the high-pressure common rail diesel engine is designed and simulated in the paper,with all the relevant experiments carried out.The experimental results show that the designed solenoid drive circuit can meet the requirements in the quick response of the solenoid,with its good dynamic performance achieved.In the meanwhile,the power consumption of the solenoid drive is reduced.
