基于ISM的履带式重装备公路运输辅助决策系统构建研究

履带式重装备公路运输辅助决策系统是辅助决策者完成重装备运输保障任务的重要手段。在介绍履带式重装备公路运输现状的基础上，论述了构建履带式重装备辅助决策系统的必要性，建立了包含运输任务、保障信息、运输方案、计划生成等内容的系统模块，并利用ISM方法得出辅助决策系统模块之间的关系，从而得出履带式重装备公路运输辅助决策系统的总体设计方案。

ISM-Based Research on Establishing an Assistant Decision-Making System for the Highway Transportation of Military Heavy Tracked Equipments

It is very important for leaders to make a decision with the Assistant Decision System on the highway transportation of heavy tracked equipments. Upon the basis of introducing the current situation of delivering heavy tracked equipments on highways, the necessity of establishing an assistant decision-making system for the highway transportation of military heavy tracked equipments is dealt with in the paper, with some modules such as those for transport tasks, the information stlpport, generating transport schemes and plans, etc. ,established,and the relationship among the different modules of the assistant de- cision-making system found out with the ISM,as a result of which the overall design scheme for the highway transportation of heavy military tracked equipments is worked out.
