天津海河大桥主塔承台深基坑支撑体系优化设计

摘    要:结合天津海河大桥主塔承台深基坑支撑体系设计实例,从钢板桩强度及人土深度、内支撑受力及基坑底稳定性等方面对钢板桩围堰初拟方案进行了优化设计与检算,最终选定了深基坑承台钢板桩围堰埋入深度和总长度、内支撑各杆件截面型号及尺寸。对同类工程施工具有较大的指导意义。

Abstract:With the design of the support system for the deep-foundation pit of the main tower caps of the Haihe Bridge at Tian- jin as a practical example,the calculation of the strength of steel sheet pile,the calculation of the depth of the pile into soil,the calculation of the internal forces of the pile, and the examination of the stability of the bottom of the foundation pit stability are performed to optimize and check the initial design scheme of the steel-sheet pile cofferdam in the paper, with the buried depth and the total length of the steel-sheet pile cofferdam for the deep-foundation pit,and the size and type number of the cross-sec- tion of each member of the internal support finally chosen. The paper is of much value in guiding the design of other similar projects.
