国防交通物资储备品类优化方法研究

摘    要:介绍了品类优化的方法,将国防交通物资分为不可比类物资和可比类物资。对于不可比类物资,利用属性分析法确定其类别结构;对于可比类或同类物资中不同的器材,利用模糊综合评价法对其进行比较选优,得到器材综合性能的优劣排序,为增加储备或对储备器材结构进行调整提供科学依据。

Abstract:Upon the basis of introducing the methods of category optimization,the materials for national defense transportation are classified into comparable materials and incomparable materials in the paper. With those incomparable materials, we deter- mine their category structure by means of analyzing their attributes. As to the comparable materials and different kinds of e- quipments belonging in the same category,we determine the advantages and disadvantages of their comprehensive performance by means of the Fuzzy Integrated Evaluation method, and optimize their reserving structure, thus placing them in correct order according to their respective advantages. The paper may provide scientific grounds for increasing the reserve and regulating the reserved materials.
