| 摘 要： | 战略海运是美军海外作战所依赖的重要运输方式,商业海运力量在持续性海运补给中发挥着重要作用。分析美国商业海运发展及其军事应用的政策支持,总结其不足之处,指出未来政策的发展方向,为我军战略海运的发展提供借鉴。

| Abstract: | The strategic sealift is an important transportation mode upon which the U.S.Army much relies when it performs military operations abroad,while commercial sealift plays an important role in the sustained sealift supply.Upon the basis of analyzing the policy support for the development of the U.S.commercial sealift and the military use of commercial sealift in the USA,the weaknesses of it are summed up in the paper,with the future developing trends of the policy pointed out.The paper may serve as a useful reference for the development of the strategic sealift of our army. |
