观音湖圣莲岛贝雷式钢便桥的设计与使用

摘    要:观音湖圣莲岛钢便桥采用贝雷式321型桁架单元,总长度(46×12m+6m+4×12m),其中50跨为上承式结构,边跨(第1跨)为下承式结构。介绍了设计荷载、设计水位的选取、便桥的结构布置及设计注意事项,提出了钢便桥使用维护措施。通载试验表明设计符合要求。实际使用表明,圣莲岛钢便桥安全可靠,加快了圣莲岛开发建设进度。

Abstract:Being 606 m(46×12 m+6 m+4×12 m) in total length,the portable steel bridge for the Shenglian Island of the Kwan-yin Lake is made up of Type-321 Bailey Panels.50 spans of this bridge are deck-type while the side span(the first span) is through-type.The choice of the designed loads and designed water levels for the bridge,the structural lay-out of the portable bridge and the points for attention in the design of the bridge are introduced in the paper,with technical measures for the use and maintenance of the bridge proposed.The vehicle test shows that the design meets the requirements.The practical use of the portable bridge proves the bridge safe and reliable,which helps speed up the developing progress of the Kwan-yin Lake.
